Natural Remedy for Insomnia

If you ever find yourself suffering from Insomnia, it’s the worst feeling. You may be laying in bed, tossing and turning. Your eyes are closed but you just can’t seem to fall asleep. You keep opening your eyes every so often and the later it gets, the more anxious you feel. You know that if you don’t get your sleep, you’re not going to be able to function normally the next day, for example, at work. The longer you stay awake, the more anxious you feel and, thus, the less able you are to find sleep.
