Eating healthy, regular exercise and drinking lots of water are of course essential to health, but almost as important is detoxification through proper colon cleansing. Even if we only eat organic food to minimize our intake of harmful toxins, we cannot completely protect ourselves from the toxic materials found in the environment all around us. We can drink more than the required glasses of water but cannot flush out all the waste material through urine and sweat.
