Although most of these herbal acne remedies are safe, there is no guarantee that they are. This is why I was hesitant to buy my daughter the acne herbal remedies that she was asking for. I read up on the acne herbal remedies that she was talking about. Although there was no medical proof that they were effective, they at least seemed to be harmless.
