The Mesomorph is an athletic, mature muscle mass, well proportioned, and has a very good foundation for bodybuilding. Gains seem to come easier to the mesomorph but a word of caution you gain body fat much easier than the ectomorph so keep a watchful eye on those extra pounds. You need to show the same attention to your diet though your protein requirements per my suggestion would be more in the neighborhood of 1.5 grams per lb of lean muscle mass and your carbs could stand some moderation.
