November 29th, 2007Although colon hydrotherapy is similar to an enema it differs in that it uses a lot more water and cleans the entire colon which is approximately five feet in length. Enemas only clean the lower section of the colon. However, they can still be helpful in detoxifying the intestines as long as they are used regularly.
