Know bipolar depression

Bipolar depression is the part of the cycle where the person is at a low point. It is also referred to as manic depression. Signs include a low mood that is different from what they usually are, feeling guilty or worthless without a reason why, thoughts of death or dark thoughts, and feeling hopeless. These symptoms of bipolar depression can lead to suicide.

In addition, a person may experience lack of energy, irritability, changes in sleep patterns, and loss of appetite. It is easy to see why people suffering from bipolar depression have difficulty with relationships, maintaining employment, and getting through their daily activities. This mental illness can be treated, but it can not be cured with modern science.
