CFS, vertigo, hypoglycemia, brain fog, restless leg, painful muscles and joints, and IBS all are incorporated under Fibromyalgia syndrome. Epstein Barr virus or mononucleosis also has similar symptoms to these immune disorders. From a blood test, EBV can be diagnosed where CFS/ FMS cannot. The only way to diagnose this depilating disease is by performing blood work for all the possible immunity illnesses like Multiple Sclerosis, testing the joints for myofascial pain, and tracking how long the symptoms have existed.
