These products are probably really bad for your teeth, and won’t whiten them either. It will just leave them feeling sensitive to all things hot and cold, and your gums will hurt too. It’s just not worth it. Crest White Strips work if you use them consistently, as do some of the other over the counter teeth whitening systems you can purchase. All products take some time to work, anywhere from two to three weeks to start seeing significant results, and you have to keep using them on a consistent basis or your teeth won’t stay white.
