Breast Cancer Checks
November 10th, 2008Most women know that they should be performing their own breast checks to make sure no lumps are developing in the breast tissue that could be breast cancer. Any time a lump is found, it needs to be checked out by a medical professional, and of course there are mammography screenings that are done to check too. But how many women actually do this simple check on themselves? Not as many as should, that’s for sure, and yet it is a simple procedure.
There are plenty of breast cancer videos around to help with this, or of course you could ask your family doctor to show you. It is a check that is very worthwhile doing, if not for your health and peace of mind, then for your family’s.
