Diabetes Affects All Ages

There are more and more people of all ages being diagnosed with this disease, a disease which can mean checking your blood for sugar levels repeatedly during the day. Is a better diet all it takes to avoid diabetes? It may not be the whole answer, but we do all need to learn to take better care of our bodies, and what we give it as nutrition. If we don’t care what we eat, how can we expect our body to function well?
There are some videos on diabetes that may have some interesting ideas for you. It’s worth a look.
