Hair loss occurs in both males and females and does occur in teenagers of either sex. Can you imagine losing your hair as a 15 year old? It can have devastating effects on one’s life. This is why, if you should notice an unusual number of hairs in the shower after you have washed your hair, you should investigate, see if this happens daily, and then see a medical professional.
