Health Benefits for Memory Foam Mattress Owners
November 3rd, 2008When I first heard about memory foam mattresses, I figured that it was another one of the stupid trends. In all likelihood, you have seen the memory foam mattress commercials. They feature someone balancing a glass of wine on a memory foam king size mattress while little kids bounce up and down on the bed. The glass of wine stays up without vibrating in the slightest because there is so little transfer of movement on a memory foam mattress. Although I was curious about what made a memory foam mattress so great, and why transfer of movement was such a problem that you needed to get a special, high-tech NASA mattress, I didn’t expect be very impressed by what I found. I figured that memory foam mattresses would be overpriced, overrated, and basically useless.
