Healthy Living After Heart Attacks

If you love steak, you may not have to give it up after heart attacks, but you do have to rethink what type of you get and how often you eat it. You will want to talk with your doctor, of course, but some can have very lean cuts of steak once in a while.

Beef is often considered off limits, but you can find exceptionally lean cuts these days that are not as bad for the heart. There are also lean cuts of many other types of meats that can be added to a heart healthy diet. Think about lean pork, chicken breast, and some seafoods.
