Hygiene and Acne

April 18th, 2008

Nothing encourages acne as much as poor hygiene. Poor hygiene does not cause acne
on its own but it adds to it. Although excess scrubbing of face could even pose more danger because in actual sense, dirt or surface skin oils are not the causes of acne. Even though an overflow of oils, the accumulation of dust on the skin, and dead skin cell is not good, and it is advisable to get them off your face so as not to worsen the current situation. Gently wash the face twice daily with mild soaps. They should not be wiped off through washing or hand scrubbing. You can conveniently apply your suitable acne treatment after patting your face.
