The Benefits Of Fish Oil Supplements
August 21st, 2008There is a lot of talk today about the importance of getting enough Omega-3 in order to improve our cardiovascular health. Although Omega-3 is found in fish, you would have to consume it in rather large quantities in order to get the same amount you obtain from daily fish oil supplements.
I am not a big fan of seafood beyond that of cod, haddock, and salmon, so obviously it means I have to take fish oil supplements in order to obtain the benefits of the Omega-3. But I’m willing to do this since it’s important at my age to look closely at my cardiovascular health in order to assure a long and productive life.
