When it comes to your bread intake, you need to change the kinds of breads, rice and pasta that you eat. Chances are, your house is full of processed products of this sort. You probably have bleached and processed pasta, rice and white bread. None of these are going to offer you the fiber that you need for your body. Instead, you need to trade out that white bread for a whole grain bread. You need to trade out that useless bleached pasta for a whole grain pasta or even other options like quinoa and use brown rice instead of the white rice.
