Stop Smoking
January 31st, 2010I use to think of ways on how to stop smoking for good. But to no avail. I always find myself puffing a smoke or two along with my cup of coffee or a mug of beer. We know for a fact that smoking is really a hard habit to break, this is due to the fact that tobacco contains nicotine, which is highly addictive drug. And just like any other addictive drug like heroin and cocaine, the body and mind quickly becomes so used and accustomed to the nicotine in cigarettes that a person who smokes needs to have it just to feel normal, talking about “rush.” But think about the consequences and effects this habit gives us. The dreaded “C”, bad breathe and stains in our teeth are just some of the common things one gets from smoking.
However, if i know ways on how to stop smoking, will you heed my advise?
