Listen to sessions one and two of the six session “Vaporize Your Appetite!” program. Session one gives a clear overview of how the program works, and what one must do to be successful. It’s like the consultation you would have with the hypnotherapist, Alan B. Densky, CH, if you actually visited his office and paid the $250.00 per session fee.
He clears up all of the common misconceptions about hypnosis, and explains what makes this program different from others on the market. While most hypnosis CD’s utilize what he called “Traditional Hypnosis” as the bulk of their program, this program only uses a small amount of Traditional Hypnosis, which is simply offering the client post-hypnotic suggestions. Mr. Densky explains that most people of our generation were raised and trained to analyze and question everything. And this creates a resistance to following simple post-hypnotic commands.

Back in the days when I was struggling to stop smoking, it was suggested that I try some kind of nicotine replacement therapy. Thinking these products were just gimmicks used to capitalize on the poor tobacco addict, I declined and continued to fail on my own unaided will. A stop smoking patch looks like an extra-large sticking plaster that is stuck on the skin while releasing nicotine that is absorbed slowly through the skin, reducing the physical craving for cigarettes within the body. While helping people to get through the withdrawal period relatively easily the patch will help the body reduce and sometime avoids feelings of restlessness, irritability, anxiety, headaches, dizziness, constipation, insomnia and tiredness.

For some reason, many people still think that hypnosis can only help a select few!….
The truth is that hypnosis can benefit just about everyone. In fact, most people have experienced one form of hypnosis or another in everyday life without even realizing it, - a kind of easy self hypnosis.
As an example, if you ever sat down with a great book and before long, you find yourself there, in the book, seeing the place, smelling the fragrances, and interacting with the people, then you have experienced the same trance-like state as what you get from hypnosis.

The state of Iowa legislators are currently considering a bill to ban smoking in all public places except for casinos and private clubs. They claim that banning the smoking in the casinos would hurt central Iowa tourism and that they really can’t regulate private clubs. That has met with trouble in the republican party. Their argument is that this legislation isn’t really being done to address health concerns, but rather they are just bending to the anti-smoking lobby that has had such great momentum as of late. If this was truly being done for everyone’s health should not smoking be banned everywhere with no exemptions, rather than be allowed to stay in place in the area’s where the state’s tax dollars are at stake? You see the state makes millions from the cut they get from such places and the casinos claim business will drop as much as twenty percent if the ban is imposed. Some legislators just want to make it local rule so that each municipality in the state can set their own laws on banning smoking. They feel that the state shouldn’t be involved in matters as personal as this, but are willing to have different locals be able to set the rules in their own area.
