In recent years, adolescent bipolar disorder has been increasing diagnosed in our youth. And, unfortunately, the occurrences of diagnosed bipolar disorder in adolescents, far from decreasing, is increasing every year.
As a parent, it can be difficult watching your teenager go through bipolar disorder during their adolescent years. Family support is key in helping them cope. And, just knowing the symptoms, prognosis, and potential medications can be immensely helpful in helping an adolescent make sense of bipolar disorder.
Bipolar I causes an adolescent to alternate between episodes of intense mania and depression. The symptoms of bipolar include:a decreased need for sleep, manifestation of poor judgement, grandiose delusions, elevated mood, and hallucinations (in severe cases). A child exhibiting one or more of these symptoms, should probably be evaluated for bipolar disorder.

We are bombarded with lots of issues and problems, tensions and stress in our daily life. In as much as we want to avoid this, we can not. So, if you want to release tension, do not even think of lighting a cigarette, this will add up to the level of stress. So when feeling down or stressed out, Stop Smoking. When we smoke, we might think we are relieving ourselves from stress and from our problems, but in reality, it does not do us any good nor any help.
So my advise to you, my friend, whenever you feel down, troubled, stressed and loaded with problems, pray, or if you are not the religious type, do some light exercises, this I believe is more of the stress buster than your vice. So, do not smoke, better yet, quit smoking now.

Every spring, summer, and fall, millions of people across the country are affected by the many tiny particles that are released from trees, weeds, and grasses.
These particles, known as pollen, ride the air currents to spread themselves all across the country side. The biggest danger that pollen allergens pose to the sufferer is that the symptoms could trigger pollen allergy symptoms such as asthma or other breathing problems and escalate into a life threatening situation.
Many people manage to get by with some of the milder pollen allergy symptoms such as red eye, sniffling, stuffy noses, and the like. In addition, for many of these milder hay fever symptoms, over the counter drugs are readily available. For more difficult occurrences, however, your doctor may need to prescribe stronger drugs such as steroids or other medications.

Although I was not a bed wetter, my parents were pretty thrifty people and did not want to take any chances with the new mattresses they had bought for us.
They figure that waterproof mattress covers were the best way to ensure that the beds did not get damaged, and so they made sure that every child had them.
To tell you the truth, I didn’t really like the waterproof mattress pad when I was young. It was kind of uncomfortable.
Then last year, my child started to wet the bed. I went out to buy him a waterproof bed protector and was surprised by what I found.
