Landscape designing is something that has always been on my mind. Seeing that Matthew needed a better place to play from so that we could avoid any weight problems that seemed to be developing in his older brother Marcus, I searched the web for a landscape design that would suit our compound as well as add beauty to it. There has been a steady increase in childhood obesity in the United States and it continues to baffle and confound professionals of every stripe. Obese children sometimes seem like they’ve never had an honest chance at life and this feels like a sad testimony about our culture.
