Super mind power or brain power has always been an interest of mine. The biggest influence on me, when it comes to super mind power and using your mind, was the Rosicrucians. They were the first I found that told me what I wanted or needed to know. They also had a course of study that could really increase your mind power and allow you to use your brain in different ways.
I finally found something that’s much quicker than what the Rosicrucians teach. It doesn’t take years to learn, you can improve your brain or your mind so it appears you have super mind power. Of course, compared to your friends who haven’t read this or don’t know anything about increasing mind power, you will appear to be the luckiest or smartest person in the world.
If you’re interested in mind power you’ve probably heard of the universal mind and maybe even wondered what it is and how you can use it in your life.
The universal mind is known by many names, including cosmic consciousness, subjective mind, subconscious mind, higher self or the collective unconscious mind. We all contribute to and draw knowledge from the cosmic consciousness. In other words we are all connected to the universal mind and it makes us one with all other people in the world.

“Everyone dies, but no one is dead, ” goes the Tibetan saying. It is with these words that Dalai Lama’s ‘Advice on Dying’ takes flight. Using a seventeenth-century poem written by a prominent scholar-practitioner, His Holiness the Dalai Lama draws from a wide range of traditions and beliefs to explore the stages we all go through when we die, which are the very same stages we experience in life when we go to sleep, faint, or reach orgasm (Shakespeare’s ‘little death”).
The stages are described so vividly that we can imagine the process of traveling deeper into the mind, on the ultimate journey of transformation. In this way, His Holiness shows us how to prepare for that time and, in doing so, how to enrich our time on earth, die without fear or upset, and influence the stage between this life and the next so that we may gain the best possible incarnation. As always, the ultimate goal is to advance along the path to enlightenment. Advice on Dying is an essential tool for attaining that eternal bliss.

Although there is not universal scientific agreement on the health benefits of relaxation and meditation, anyone who has used the simple and powerful techniques thinks the same thing. The benefits are real! The real problem is that there is so much money to be made from anything that will make people feel better. We are so stressed in our high energy daily lives, that even taking a few moments to clear the head can have dramatic results. The problem is that so-called spiritual leaders will turn as to their own end. For example, religious Christians will say that it is safe to enjoy the benefits of Christian meditation, but other forms could lead you straight into sin and damnation. Meanwhile, proponents of transcendental meditation will claim that theirs is is the best, and look askance at anyone who does anything different than they do…

I’ve just discovered this new audio book from the author of The New York Times Bestseller, ‘The Power Of Now’.
In this original audiobook ‘Gateways to Now’, bestselling author Eckhart Tolle continues to teach us how to let go of the past and future to live in the now. Tolle urges to shed our mind-based sense of self, enter the portals of the eternal present, and live vividly in the present moment. He guides us through these gateways: The Gateway of the Inner Body; The gateway of Silence; and The Gateway of Accepting This Moment. By moving through these openings, we will let the power of now transform our lives and achieve spiritual and psychological enlightenment.
The accompanying musical pieces help to meditate and manage to follow what Eckhart Tolle wants to show us. There are more meditation audios for download where I foudn this little gem.

I was a wreck, and I mean that. I’d been working for 60 hours a week for the past year, living in a small flat in New York City, and it was all starting to catch up with me. My blood pressure was skyrocketing, my cholesterol was awful, and I was suffering from heart palpitations. My doctor said that he could give me medicine if I wanted him to, but that it all basically came down to one thing: I needed to learn how to relax, or I would die early. I tried all kinds of things to relax, but nothing worked until I found meditation classes.
